These do not constitute faults.

Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

• Pricing errors

• Suspected fraud or misuse

• If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued where applicable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment is taken online only at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, location, order value.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the provided address.

Furniture & Large Items

When ordering furniture or large décor items, you are responsible for:

Ensuring access is suitable (doors, stairs, lifts, entry points)

Checking measurements before purchase

We are not liable for delivery failure due to access issues. Items refused due to access problems may be subject to return delivery charges.

Returns & Store Credit

Our returns process is detailed in our [Returns Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons: [Jewellery, Boob tape, Hosiery, Sale items marked “Final Sale”]

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue and can be used on all items, including sale items.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Where confirmed, we will offer:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our Returns Policy applies.

Customised or specially ordered items may not be eligible for cancellation. For these items, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order, the deposit will not be refunded.

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, product designs, branding, and logos are owned by Everything Glam London and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Everything Glam London is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

Everything Glam London shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics.
