RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

  • You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • We are unable to accept returns for items showing any signs of wear or use, including marks from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage. Any return that does not meet these requirements will be declined and sent back.

NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewellery

  • Boob tape

  • Hosiery

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

STORE CREDIT

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Any unused balance after this period will automatically expire.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement where available, or issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

IMPORTANT 

  • We do not offer direct refunds on standard returns — store credit only.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
