We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and securely within the United Kingdom. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Pre-order items are clearly labelled in the product name and description. Processing times for pre-orders will vary and are stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes (UK Only)

We offer the following shipping methods within the United Kingdom:

Delivery times begin once the order has been processed and shipped. Times may vary due to carrier delays or holidays. Please note that delivery to certain remote areas of the UK may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Investigations may take up to 14 business days for resolution.

In many cases, contacting the shipping carrier directly can provide a faster resolution. We will provide you with the necessary information to file a claim.

Important Information

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
